Anyone who was subscribed to the old site's RSS feed through Feedburner should new be seeing updates from the new site. You'll recognize them by the nifty "yay!" and "boo!" voting links that are in each post.
The new site also has a second feed for general items, announcements on new features, and site updates (like this one).
